Step 1 — Send your reports for a free opinion

Step 2 — The Indian medical visa

Iraqi nationals apply for an e-Medical Visa or a regular Medical Visa at the Indian Embassy in Baghdad or the Consulate in Erbil. You will need a passport valid for at least six months, a recent photograph, proof of funds, and the hospital's invitation letter — which Healnexa obtains for you at no cost.

Up to two attendants can travel on a Medical Attendant Visa. Apply for the attendant visas at the same time as the patient's, and keep the names exactly as printed in the passports.

Step 3 — Arrival, FRRO and getting settled

We meet you at Indira Gandhi International Airport and take you directly to the hospital or to accommodation nearby. Patients staying beyond 180 days must register with the FRRO; our team completes this for you.
